Arvind Bhatia, an analyst at Sterne Agee, said that the expectation is that Wii U, The Nintendo's new console is 50% more powerful than Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3.

Bhatia said the reports provided by various developers since the specifications published by Nintendo and its partners have not given or the particular type of processor (multicore PowerPC family) or the graphics card (a Radeon HD) capable 1080p graphics.

"Some of the developers we have spoken indicate that the console will be 50% more power compared to PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360. This has yet to be confirmed by Nintendo," said the analyst.
